Banana Bread for one.Mash 1 banana with 4tb flour, 2tb sugar, 1/4tsp baking powder, 1/4tsp cinnamon, 1/2tsp vanilla extract, 1tsp oil. Mix 2tsp chocolate chips + 2tsp walnuts into batter. Spray ceramic bowl with cooking spray and pour in batter. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and walnuts. Microwave for 1~1.5min.
