I've done this diet before and it's a struggle. You will get massive headaches, but in the end u do see results. I lost only 7 pounds in that week. They say u lose about 10-15 depending on your weight range. I don't recommend doing it until after 30 days. It will cleanse your system and remove impurities. It will also boost your metabolism!
