Time to Embrace a Low-Carb Diet? (Or Not So Fast?)

Was Atkins on the right track in the 1970’s when he said we should give up all carbs? A new study, however, found that eating a low-carb diet lost more body weight and reduced their risk for heart disease. So should you be saying goodbye to all your carbs? Unfortunately, it’s not that simple.
