Tzatziki Ingredients: 500 g cucumber, peeled, grated and squeezed 500 g Greek yogurt 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 10 g fresh dill, chopped salt and pepper to taste Procedure: 1. Place the grated cucumber in a cloth and put in salad spinner to drain the liquid, which will prevent a watery tzatziki. 2. Mix with yogurt, dill and garlic, and season to taste. 3.
