Happy New Year, friends! Welcome to 2017! Let’s cheers (via kettlebell mug ) to the best year yet! I heard a rumor (from my 2017 Reader Survey) that you guys enjoy my weekly workout recaps because they give you ideas and motivation for your own sweat sessions, so I decided to bring them back. And I figured since today is January 1st and you might have a fitness-related resolution for the new year, I would publish it a day early. There are 3 awesome (i.e. hard!) workouts included, and I hope they’re just what you need for a fit week of workouts. Happy sweating! SUNDAY: OFF MONDAY: CrossFit Holy cow, this workout killed my quads… and lungs. It was a good one for sure! TUESDAY: OFF WEDNESDAY: KFIT Oh, how I missed KFIT . So glad I was able to join the KFIT crew for this workout. I miss those ladies! FYI: 90-second hill heavy is on a spin bike.
