Not Your Usual Tips for Getting More Steps

Woohoo! (If you haven’t had a chance to sign up, you can still participate. Just sign up here .) It’s a 28-day challenge that runs today through Saturday, December 1st. The goal is to accumulate 10,000 steps (or more) each day, so I wanted to share some tips and tricks for adding more steps to your day. I don’t know about you, but my fitness motivation often wanes this time of year. The weather turns cold, the days become shorter, and life just starts to get busy with regard to other priorities. My workout schedule is always the first to go, so I decide to challenge myself to accumulating at least 10,000 steps per day – now through December 1st. And, hopefully, this new habit will transition into the busy holiday season and beyond! I WILL walk 10,000 steps per day. It’s one thing to wi
