My Gift to You: 24 Days of Togetherness Download

I am so excited to share this fun holiday gift with you guys! If you’re a long-time follower, you probably remember our family’s annual “ 24 Days of Togetherness ” tradition. I can’t believe this is our 7th year doing it! Boy, how time flies! If you’re unfamiliar, here’s a little backstory . Basically, “24 Days of Togetherness” is a holiday bucket list . It started with just Mal and me (and Murphy) and has extended to Quinn and more family-orientated activities. The holiday seasons always flies by, so I wanted to find a way to really enjoy it together. In the past, we made our own little kit with slips of paper where we would write our holiday activities to “complete” each day. I decided to take the work out of “24 Days of Togetherness” by turning the slips of paper into a pretty PDF that you can simply cut and pick and choose the activities that you want to do. No need to brainstorm activities! There are 4 pages of holiday-inspired activities with a few extra blank slips where yo

What I’m Loving Lately 128

Hi, guys! I can’t believe it’s already Thursday – the week has FLOWN by for me. I have a new project in the works, and I’m so excited to share it with all of you. There was a “soft launch” last week with some nutrition clients trying it out and providing feedback, so I hope to launch it to the public in the coming weeks. I’m seriously so pumped about it! 🙂 Anyway… I know you guys love a good What I’m Loving Lately blog post (and I do too!), so let’s get right into it! Matching holiday pajamas from Target – When these matching holiday pajamas popped up in my Facebook feed, I was ALL about them! I mean, there’s matching DOG pajamas too. I waited a couple of days to actually purchase them, and a lot of the styles are already SOLD OUT. Ughhh! I ended up buying the ones below, so if you’re interested in matching pajamas for your family (AND pets) from Target, be sure to hop on it sooner than later! Chemicals in beauty products could harm women’s fertility or cause breast cancer, new

The Healthiest Vanilla Protein Powder Is Now Available!

Earlier this year when my new company Truvani launched our Chocolate Plant-Based Protein Powder, the #1 thing people asked me was, “When will you make Vanilla?” I couldn’t have agreed more. I really WANTED a vanilla protein powder too. And, I’m so excited to let you know that vanilla is now available! If you’re wondering why it took us a little while to come out with this vanilla version , let me share some behind-the-scenes of what it took to make this product… You see, just like all Truvani products, we wanted to create the best tasting organic plant-based protein powder with the CLEANEST ingredients. We focus on using real whole food to make our products and we weren’t sure if we could pull it off for Vanilla. There were two reasons why: First… The price of Vanilla Bean – how you get the “real” taste of vanilla – skyrocketed, and we were worried that it would force us to charge too much for a Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder. Most other brands would use “natural flavor

I’m as Surprised as You Are

Guys, I took a yoga class yesterday! (I know, I’m as surprised as you are!) And it was 60 minutes long! AND I didn’t leave midway through due to boredom! 🙂 I’m generally not a fan of yoga , but I kind of liked the class that I took yesterday and might even go again. We did a few stretches that I definitely needed, so it might be motivation to keep with it. My upper back and hips are insanely tight – to the point where they’re bothering me while doing everyday activities, like walking, sitting, bending, etc., which is just  not good for someone who is only 38 years old. Ugghh, getting old it hard. Anyway, after yoga class and playtime at the YMCA with Quinn, we headed to Blend , a new smoothie/shake shop in South Weymouth. I saw a post about it on Instagram the other day, so I wanted to see what it was all about. Blend was super cute inside and the employees were all really nice. The shakes were DELICIOUS, but the ingredients were just okay, so it was more of a treat. (They’
