I personally recommend one of the longer programs to bring you right up to the late Spring/early Summer. The more consistent you are with your diet and the longer you track macros, the better results you’ll see! The deadline to sign up is Thursday, March 28th, so make sure you’re on the list. (In January, we had to start a waitlist!)
