Meal Prep Salsa Cauliflower Rice Bowl

Hi, friends! I wanted to show you guys another favorite throw-together meal. This one I call a “meal prep salsa cauliflower rice bowl.” It’s just 4 ingredients, nutritious, delicious, and super simple to make! 🙂 Really, I think you’ll want to add this meal to your regular rotation! 🙂 So, the first ingredient in this meal prep salsa cauliflower rice bowl is cauliflower rice – you can use fresh or frozen. I typically use frozen just for the convenience. I actually just leave the bag in the fridge overnight to defrost and then pop the cauliflower rice in the microwave to heat up when ready. Then, I typically use ground turkey for the protein source, but you can use ground chicken or ground beef, whatever you like. Ground turkey just happened to be what was organic and on sale at the grocery store. The next ingredient is jarred salsa.
