One of the purported benefits of a keto diet is that it will help tame unwanted sugar cravings. On the surface, it makes sense. If you want to get rid of sugar cravings, stop including a bunch of sugar in your diet. Out of sight, out of mind. Or does it make sense? Primally Pure Charcoal Deodorant Giveaway.

Hey there! You guys might remember than I’m semi-obsessed with the charcoal deodorant from Primally Pure. I’ve used it for quite awhile now, and I’m officially hooked. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever switch deodorants because I just love it so much. (I know, it’s a little ridiculous professing my love for deodorant, but it was a journey to find one this great!) Before officially falling in love with the charcoal deodorant from Primally Pure, I tried SO MANY natural deodorants without much luck. Most didn’t work, felt weirdly sticky or wet, or stained (!!!) my clothing. Ughhh. I ruined so many white shirts! I actually tried the Primally Pure deodorant before embarking on my natural deodorant discovery journey. I definitely liked it, but I thought I could find a cheaper option.
