This banana pancakes recipe is simple, flavorful and quite possibly the perfect start to your morning! Few things make me feel at home as much as pancakes on a Saturday morning with Elvis playing in the background. But truth be told, Elvis is not the only music I listen to. ~Gasp!!~ I actually do enjoy many different styles of music. One of my favorite non-Elvis songs is by Jack Johnson. It’s called “Banana Pancakes” (bet you didn’t see that one coming…), and I listen to it frequently on my computer while I’m blogging or cooking. And of course, that song inspired this recipe.
