Good food at home! Q

Good food at home! Quick recipe for the everyday cook! Beetroot and Greek Yoghurt Salad. I use the precooked vacuum packed beetroot. Chop it up and keep some aside for garnish. Season with sea salt & fresh pepper. Add chopped parsley, Greek yoghurt & a touch of olive oil and mix. Garnish with chopped beetroot and fresh parsley.
