Shrimp Cucumber Salad in a Mason Jar. So good! Cut up shrimp, cucumber, tomato, red onion and put in a Mason jar with some vinegar so they marinate a bit. Then chop up the lettuce, shrimp and blue cheese and serve. Only 220 calories. It was to die for! - E 7/12/13.
