Peanut Butter Macaroons
Yum, yum, yummmm! If you’re fan of both coconut and peanut butter, you will LOVE these macaroons!
And, bonus, they are super easy to make. They only require a handful of ingredients (many of which you probably already have at home) and just 8 minutes in the oven. Just like that you’ll have a tasty treat to enjoy when the craving strikes. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/3 cup powdered peanut butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then use a tablespoon to portion batter onto it. Bake for 8 minutes or until edges start to lightly brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
Makes 10 macaroons
