3-Ingredient Southwest Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Just popping in real quick with a super simple, nutritious, and DELICIOUS recipe that you can throw together in a matter of minutes. It’s a new favorite in our house and one that will most definitely become a staple! It’s perfect for busy nights and makes awesome leftovers for lunch the next day.

Introducing: 3-Ingredient Southwest Chicken Lettuce Wraps! You guys, it doesn’t get easier than this, and I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground chicken, turkey, or beef
  • 1 jar Trader Joe’s Cowboy Caviar (or salsa with black beans & corn)
  • head of lettuce, leaves removed and washed
  • guacamole, shredded cheese, other fun toppings (optional)

Directions: Cook meat in a pan on the stove top. When it’s just about finished cooking, add Cowboy Caviar (or salsa) and combine well. Portion meat mixture into lettuce leaves. Add toppings (optional). Fold up and eat!
