I am SO excited to tell you about the new Quaker Overnight Oats!! Quaker has been on the overnight oats trend for a while (remember a year ago when I went to NYC on an overnight oats media tour with them?) and they just brought a new product into the market that makes enjoying overnight oats even easier than ever.

Quaker Oats

Quaker’s new Overnight Oats come in four flavor varieties with natural flavors that are all fantastic.

Quaker Oats

Each cup is filled with a mixture of oats, fruits, quinoa, flaxseed, and nuts and all you have to do is add your milk of choice (I use cow’s milk!) and soak overnight in the fridge. (Add a little yogurt too if you like your Overnight Oats a little creamier).

There’s a little line in the cup to tell you exactly how much milk to add.

I’ve tried all the flavors, and the Toasted Coconut & Almond is my favorite. If you like your breakfast a little on the sweeter side, these Overnight Oats also include good stuff  100% whole grain, a good source of dietary fiber, and no artificial ingredients. And a very simple ingredient list to boot.

I LOVE that they come with a lid that you can pop back on after mixing. It makes them ideal for those of you who need a hassle-free breakfast option on busy mornings.

The next morning the oats are plump and ready to enjoy : )

I see Quaker’s Overnight Oats as being a cool and delicious option when you need a convenient breakfast. And they’ve gotten my creative juices flowing about making my own overnight oat “house mix” to keep on hand, too!

Look for them wherever Quaker Oatmeal is sold.

Thanks to Quaker Oats for sponsoring this post. Over and oat!
