Monday In Meals with Mal
Hi, guys! I have a special edition of Monday In Meals for you. Mal is home for April vacation, so we had the opportunity to spend the day together. That said, here’s a recap of my eats with some adventures thrown into the mix! Breakfast : Scrambled eggs with kale and maple chicken sausage + iced coffee mixed with Dandy Blend , collagen , and coconut creamer. Workout : Orangetheory <— so fun!! Post-workout : Smoothies from Green Light. We both ordered the #2 (banana, cashews, coconut oil, vanilla, coconut milk) with protein powder + greens. We also got to try some REALLY fresh ginger shots. Boy, did they have a kick!! Lunch : Ham and cheese sandwich (bread is from Trader Joe’s) + side salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Snack : Veggies + hummus. Dinner : A big salad with chicken breast and Caesar dressing. And a glass of wine . And a mini bunny cake from Easter. The end. Question of the Day How was your Monday?
