Old School Blogging

Good morning!

So, I’ve been thinking a lot about old school blogging lately. Basically, how CNC started back in the day. If you’ve read for a long time, you might remember it was an online journal of my meals, snacks, and workouts with some recipes and random life updates thrown in. I’ve debated going back to that style for awhile now. The blog posts were a lot shorter and often times just showed what I ate – and sometimes included 5 photos of a single bowl of oatmeal. Haha! Would you guys like to see posts like this again? Are they interesting to you? Of course, I’ll thrown in some randomness from my day, but just wanted to put my feelers out.

So, today, I’m driving around a rental car. I took my car in for an oil change yesterday and left with an estimate for $4,500. Oy. Well, that was the most expensive oil change ever! Apparently, my car needs some work done.

Once I picked up car, I headed to Whole Foods to meet Kerrie for some catching up and work talk. While there, I dug into some overnight oats made with collagen, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and almond butter.

I also ate a container of whole milk yogurt from Maple Hill Creamy, which was delicious!

Oh! This is fun: I signed up for a Hormone Specialist Course (because I’m obsessed with all things hormones) in Atlanta this spring! I can’t wait!

Question of the Day

Old school blogging: Yay or nay?
