Updates on Favorite Plant-Based Protein Powder + Life Coaching

Good morning! Happy Saturday to you! I hope you had an awesome July 4th holiday! Ours was really great – here’s a blog recap (with timestamps!) if you’re interested! 🙂 I’m going old school this morning with a food + lifestyle post like I used to write back in the day. On the menu: Two rice cakes (only one pictured) with Teddie peanut butter, cinnamon, and banana slices. The other day, I actually had a complimentary life coaching call with Tyra Woodall that really helped me identify my passions as far as the blog and nutrition coaching go. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a coaching call, but it was super helpful and surpassed my expectations. Long story short, I hope to bring you guys more “day in the life” content and EASY recipes (related: make sure you’re on my newsletter list if you want my weekly “Throw-Together Meals” email ).
