Hi Robb and Nicki, I wanted to drop you and line and “review” regarding my Keto Journey. As of 5/30, I am 45 + 9 days into my second Keto Masterclass . Thanks for putting such a great program together. I have been following your work for quite some time, read your books and listen to the podcasts. That flavor comes from chili spice, and this chili spice recipe is perfect for almost any pot of chili you care to make! HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE CHILI SEASONING MIX Making your own spice mixes is the easiest thing you could ever do in the kitchen. I find it’s easiest to collect all your spice jars on your kitchen counter first so you aren’t constantly hunting for the next jar. But aside from that, all you do is put the spices in a bowl or bag and mix them up! HOW MUCH CHILI SPICE SHOULD YOU USE? The formula for this mix is pretty simple. Use 2 tbsp. for every 1 lb. of meat Once you get a feel for the strength of this spice mix,
