Pre-Workout Drinks (BCAAs), Favorite Gluten-Free Trader Joe’s Products & Counting Macros Everyday

Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend. I’m actually running the Falmouth Road Race this morning, so, hopefully, I have all good stories to share later on. Even though I did a fair amount of running this summer, I’m feeling particularly under-trained for it. Whomp whomp. If you missed the 24 hour replay of this Instagram Live, here it is for your viewing pleasure. It has quite the nice mix of questions and answers. And, as always, keep your awesome questions coming! In this episode, I chat about: Pre-workout drinks (BCAAs), My favorite gluten-free Trader Joe’s products Getting Quinn into sports If I think you need protein powder in your life Whether I count macros everyday or not The post Pre-Workout Drinks (BCAAs), Favorite Gluten-Free Trader Joe’s Products & Counting Macros Everyday appeared first on Carrots 'N' Cake . from Carrots 'N' Cake https://ift.tt/2N4bSyw

Clean Eating Uncrustables Recipe

These clean eating uncrustables are a far healthier option than the ones you buy at the store. I have to be honest, the whole idea of an uncrustable really puts me off. I know they are popular, but I never even knew they existed until recently. And when I found out what they were, well… I just didn’t get it. Maybe it’s my old fashion upbringing, but the idea of eating bread without crust is crazy to me. I know there are kids with sensory issues and what not, but for an average kid… I just don’t get it. The crust is part of the bread! I know if I had asked my grandmother to cut the crusts off my bread when I was little, I would have gotten a good long lecture about how my family went without food in the war. And then I would have eaten the crusts. But I suppose things have changed with time. Please note that the word, “Uncrustables” is the registered trademark of Smuckers. The Gracious Pantry does not lay claim to this trademark in any way. It is used here for reference only. Anot
