Dairy Free Carrot Cake Smoothie + What I Ate in a Day

Now that Mal is back to school, Quinn and I are starting to get into a routine with our “gym days” once again. Starting our day with an hour-long CrossFit workout for me and playtime for him in the kids’ room always starts our day off on the right foot. I swear, both of us have a better day if it starts with the gym! 🙂 Since class doesn’t start until 9:00 AM, Quinn and I always make sure to have breakfast together before we leave the house. This morning, it’s overnight oats and iced coffee for me. My overnight oats are made with So Delicious dairy free coconutmilk vanilla yogurt , chia seeds, collagen, and fresh strawberries on top. Qman also eats some So Delicious yogurt (“like Mumma”), but he opts for the strawberry banana flavor instead. I also serve him apple slices and a glass of milk.
