Dairy Free Carrot Cake Smoothie + What I Ate in a Day

Image
I’ve partnered with So Delicious Dairy Free to bring you this blog post. As always, THANK YOU for supporting CNC! Now that Mal is back to school, Quinn and I are starting to get into a routine with our “gym days” once again. Starting our day with an hour-long CrossFit workout for me and playtime for him in the kids’ room always starts our day off on the right foot. This breakfast bowl was a mix of Siggi’s plain yogurt, nectarine, Dang toasted coconut chips and a magical drizzle of honey. Nesting continues: I washed all of the newborn clothes, swaddles, and my nursing tanks and bras. TBD: How to split them up between the upstairs dresser (nighttime) and the nursery (daytime). For now, they’re all upstairs...
