I was bored one afternoon a few weeks ago trying to brainstorm some blog post topics. All I really want to write about is pregnancy, but there is only so much to say on the topic! So I turned to Instagram for some topic ideas. You guys had some good questions! Rather than writing long posts on each topic (which I would probably struggle to do) I thought I’d just round them all up in one (or two) posts. So here they are! How to know if you need a protein supplement? Protein is good for satiety and building things in your body – muscles, tissues, enzymes, hormones. Hi, guys! Happy Hump Day! And happy birthday to Mal ! We actually had a mini celebration at 5:45 this morning, but then we plan to have another one this afternoon – complete with presents, dinner, and Funfetti cupcakes. Have I mentioned how much I love birthdays? I can’t wait to celebrate Mal! 🙂 So, yesterday was quite the random day of eating . I almost always prioritize eating, but I was wrapped-up in errands and work and, well, just not super hungry, so my eats ended up being all over the place, which, of course, is totally okay. I planned out my macros the night before, but then I didn’t stick to them because of cravings, busyness, and, um, well, laziness. Days like this happen from time-to-time, and I just go with it. There are so many pretty blooms all around us! And berries are finally tasting like berries again 🙂 Yummy blueberries! I had these over cereal with milk on a busy morning scooting Mazen to school on time. Is it weird that he won’t eat cereal with milk? Or rice? I thought those were two things all kids liked. I was craving Citizen Bowl’s Umami bowl and asked about five people on a lunch date and everyone was busy! So I took myself out solo. I love to people watch and tuck a podcast into my ear for entertainment. MY OTHER RECIPES This bowl is MADE by the delicious mushrooms!
